Shipping policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted up to ten days after receipt and must be in original condition and packaging.

Please fill out our contact form or email info@rachelatherley.com to start your return. 

Please do not ship returns back in an envelope - To ensure safety in transit, cushion your item with paper or bubble wrap in a box. 

To be eligible for a refund, the following must be true:

1. Return is initiated by the customer within 10 days of the delivery date.

2. The item is received unworn, unaltered, and undamaged in the original packaging.

4. The item being returned is NOT an exchange. If an item has been exchanged and you wish to return the new item, store credit will be issued.
