Shipping & Returns

We ship all items fully insured via UPS and USPS.

Please note that we only process and ship out Monday through Thursday.

We ship all items fully insured with a signature requirement to create an extra layer of security against theft.

Returns and exchanges are accepted up to ten days after receipt, and must be in original condition and packaging.

Please do not ship returns back in an envelope - To ensure safety in transit, cushion your item with paper or bubble wrap in a box. 

To be eligible for a refund, the following must be true:

1. Return is initiated by the customer within 10 days of the delivery date.

2. The item is received unworn, unaltered, and undamaged in the original packaging.

4. The item being returned is NOT an exchange. If an item has been exchanged and you wish to return the new item, store credit will be issued.

All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.

This does not include items from the “one of a kind” section of our website.

Yes! We are able to resize your ring at our studio. Prices vary based on size difference. Please fill out our contact form and we will get back to you ASAP with instructions on how to send your ring to us.

Care, Repairs, and Coverage.

Taking good care of your jewelry will make a big difference in its lifespan. We recommend taking off your jewelry before bathing, swimming, exercising, cleaning with chemicals, and applying lotion and perfume. Store each piece of jewelry individually inside its own box or pouch to prevent scratches. 

We recommend soaking your jewelry in warm soapy water for a few minutes before rubbing it gently with a toothbrush. Do not wash your jewelry in the sink and risk dropping anything down the drain. 

We are happy to repair your damaged jewelry. Please reach out to us using the contact form and we will get back to you with instructions to send your piece to our studio. From there, our team will assess the damage and give you a price estimate for the repair.

We recommend insuring your jewelry to provide an extra layer of security in case of theft, loss, and damage. 

Proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or receipt will usually satisfy the requirements of your insurance provider. We recommend checking with your agent to find out what specific documentation they need for your policy—and if they require a valuation or appraisal, we’ll happily create one for you.

Customization

We would love to make a custom piece for you! Please fill out our contact form with details on your request. From there, we can determine and timeline and cost estimate for the project.

We would love to incorporate your heirloom stones. The ability to use your stones is dependent upon the stones condition. Before we say yes, we will need to inspect your stones in person to assess quality, size, and cut in order to determine the feasibility of the project. Ring Sizing

For an accurate measurement, we recommend going to your local jewelry store and having them measure you. 

Yes! We are able to resize your ring at our studio. Prices vary based on size difference due to the price of gold. Please fill out our contact form for ring resizing.

We are happy to resize before sending out your order. Just add the ring to your cart and under "special instructions for seller", ask for resizing.
